Once you are asked to exit the vehicle, your every step is being observed. The officer may have you proceed directly into what are called Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The most common are the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus and Vertical Gaze Nystagmus (eye tests), the Walk and Turn Test, and the One Leg Stand Test. In order to be admissible in court, the officer must administer the tests in substantial compliance with the testing standards in place at the time of testing. In order to keep these tests out of evidence, a motion to suppress must be timely filed. Call our Columbus OVI attorney for a free consultation at 614-205-2208

The results that I have witnessed have far exceeded my expectations and his fees blew away the competition....
