Yes. A second conviction earns the offender a minimum of 10 days in jail or 5 days in jail followed by 18 days of house arrest while wearing an ankle monitor that detects alcohol in body sweat. A third drunk or drugged driving conviction is penalized with a minimum of 30 days in jail or a combination of jail time and monitored house arrest totaling 70 days.
